We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible while ensuring the retreat runs smoothly. Please review our cancellation policy before securing your booking.

Cancellation by Guest

In all cases, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are able to rebook your place, we will issue a full refund minus a £50 administrative fee.

• More than 60 days before the retreat start date (before 14th June 2025): 75% refund. If we can fill your spot, we will issue a full refund minus a £50 administrative fee.

• 30-60 days before the retreat start date (14th June – 13th July 2025): 50% refund of the total booking amount. If we can fill your spot, we will issue a full refund minus a £50 administrative fee.

• Less than 30 days before the retreat start date (after 13th July 2025): No refund available. However, we will still do our best to find someone to take your place. If we can fill your spot, we will issue a full refund minus a £50 administrative fee.

  In all cases, you are also welcome to transfer your booking to someone else—please notify us as soon as possible if you choose this option.

Cancellation by Organisers

In the unlikely event that Sobremesa needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all guests will receive a full refund. However, we are unable to reimburse any additional travel or accommodation costs incurred outside of the retreat package.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, including unforeseen personal circumstances, illness, and travel disruptions.
