Why Sobremesa?

In Spain, sobremesa means ‘over the table’. It’s the time spent at the table after a meal, talking, laughing, and enjoying the moment. That’s exactly the energy we wanted to capture with this special retreat, a place where incredible food meets great company, where you can learn, eat, and most importantly, have a good time. We’ve crafted a program full of hands-on learning, delicious meals, and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel at home.

Rancho del Inglés, with its rich history, beautiful setting, and family roots, is the perfect place to bring Sobremesa to life. We can’t wait to welcome you, cook with you, and share the table together.
